iSmart was launched in 2007 by three entrepreneurs with a vision to develop an organisation which gave customers "More for Less".

The first area the organisation has focused on is it’s claims management services but has ambitious plans to introduce its innovative business model across a range of products and services. An example of this is the launch in 2012 of iSmart Finance, which is specifically focused on offering customers access to a broad spectrum of competitive insurance products.

Starting life in Wellingborough, the company has grown substantially and has outgrown a number of offices before relocating to Northampton in 2011.

iSmart Group now employs in excess of 390 people and expects that to grow substantially over the next 3 years.

Values

You wont find any stuffy business men and women at iSmart. People who like working in the corporate world, playing internal politics and where the customer comes second aren’t welcome at iSmart.

As an example, you wont find our Managing Director locked away in an office, he can usually be found sitting at a spare desk somewhere in the building talking to staff and finding out how to improve the services we offer to customers.

We truly believe that the customer comes first. In fact, many staff members describe us as the consumer champion. We look for people to work here who are willing to go out of their way to help customers, finding new and innovative ways to get things done, even if it is outside the norm.

Ultimately, we try to focus on innovation through imagination and action through attitude but that sounds very corporate! What we actually mean is we want to give customers “More for Less” by:
