iSmart Group was launched in January 2007 by three entrepreneurs with a vision to develop an organisation which gives customers "More for Less". Starting life in Wellingborough, we have grown substantially in that time, outgrowing a number of offices before relocating to Northampton in 2011.
We currently have three brands:
- iSmart Finance – our newly formed insurance business selling what will be a growing number of insurance products;
- iSmart Consumer Solutions - a customer focused company offering a growing number of low cost, high quality products across a spectrum of areas;
- Recruitmentconsultant.com - focused on businesses and offering low cost, high quality recruitment solutions to suit all sizes of company.
Introducing iSmart Consumer Solutions
The first areas we have focused on are claims management and Will Writing services but we have ambitious plans to introduce our innovative business model across a range of products and services.
We are now a leading Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) claims company, having helped thousands of customers reclaim mis-sold PPI cover. Customers find us through carefully selected partnerships with leading UK companies, directly after seeing our broad advertising campaigns or purely through word of mouth!
We currently employ over 200 people and expect that to grow substantially over the next 3 years as we introduce more and more products and services.
Introducing iSmart Finance
iSmart Finance is our newly launched insurance business aimed at providing our customers with access to a broad spectrum of products and cover levels at competitive prices.
To ensure that customers get the very best service and access to products we have partnered with two organisations: idRisk Advisory Ltd and Ceta Ltd. We are an Appointed Representative of idRisk and use the administrative services provided by Ceta, who have many years experience in the insurance business.
Initially iSmart Finance has launched with a select number of insurance products but our aim is to gradually expand this.
